摘　　要：目的:观察针刺辅助神经肌肉电刺激治疗脑干损伤后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将90例脑干损伤后吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=45),对照组采用基础治疗联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合针刺治疗。治疗1个月后,观察两组洼田饮水试验评分、标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分、视频透视吞咽检查(VFSS)评分,以及治疗期间不良反应事件。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(93.3%vs77.8%,P <0.05);观察组洼田饮水试验评分、SSA评分均低于对照组,VFSS评分高于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现与治疗有关的不良反应事件。结论:针刺联合神经肌肉电刺激能够改善脑干损伤后吞咽功能,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-assisted neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of dysphagia after brainstem injury.Methods:Ninety patients with dysphagia after brainstem injury were randomly divided into a control group(n=45) and an observation group(n=45).The control group was treated with basic treatment combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation while the observation group was treated with acupuncture in addition to the control group.The post-treatment water swallow test score,standardized swallowing assessment(SSA) score,videofluoroscopic swallowing study(VFSS) score,and adverse events during treatment were assessed in the two groups 1 month after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(93.3% vs 77.8%,P<0.05).The water swallow test and SSA scores were lower and the VFSS score was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).There were no treatment-related adverse events in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation can improve swallowing function after brainstem injury without significant adverse effects.
