小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎湿热毒蕴证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎湿热毒蕴证的临床疗效。方法:选取120例疱疹性咽峡炎湿热毒蕴证患儿,以随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各60例。对照组给予注射用阿昔洛韦治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,2组均治疗5 d。比较2组临床疗效、症状改善时间,治疗前后检测2组免疫功能指标[血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM]及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率96.67%,高于对照组85.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组疱疹消退、退热、食欲恢复及流涎停止时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血清CRP、IL-6、PCT水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清CRP、IL-6、PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎湿热毒蕴证可提高临床疗效,促进症状改善,调节机体免疫力,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Acyclovir for infantile herpetic angina of damp-heat toxin accumulation syndrome.Methods:A total of120 cases of children with herpetic angina of damp-heat toxin syndrome were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Acyclovir,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 5 days.The clinical effects,the improvement time of symptoms,the immune function indexes[immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM],C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)in serum before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group,higher than that of 85.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The regression time of herpes,the antipyretic time,the recovery time of appetite and the stopping time of salivation in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in serum in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in serum in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Acyclovir for infantile herpetic angina of damp-heat toxin accumulation syndrome can improve the clinical effect,promote the improvement of symptoms,regulate the body immunity,and reduce the inflammatory responses.
