浅论基于耳穴迷走神经电刺激术的肠病耳治思路与临床应用

摘　　要：通过梳理中医关于胃肠疾病诊治的相关理论,结合现代神经科学原理,提出耳穴迷走神经电刺激术治疗胃肠疾病的方法。分析认为,耳穴迷走神经电刺激术是通过电刺激耳甲区迷走神经体表分支治疗疾病的经皮无创疗法,其中,神经-内分泌-免疫网络调控肠神经系统(即脑-肠互动)是耳穴迷走神经电刺激术的生理基础,且经络相连是耳穴和胃肠病密切相关的基础,亦是构建基于耳穴迷走神经电刺激术的肠病耳治的中医理论基础。故在肠病耳治思想的指导下,耳穴迷走神经电刺激术可运用于治疗功能性胃肠病、炎症性肠病与术后肠梗阻等胃肠疾病。The therapy of vagua nerve stimulation of auricular points for gastrointestinal diseases was pointed out after the authors combed concerning theories of the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal dieases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in combination with the principles of modern neuroscience.After analysis,it is believed that vagua nerve stimulation of auricular points is a percutaneous noninvasive therapy,treating diseases by electical stimulation of superficial branches of vagua nerve at auricular concha region.In addition,the physiological basis of the therapy is the control and regulation of enteric nervous system by nerve-endocrine-immunological network which is also called brain-bowel interaction.The connection of meridians and collaterals is not only the basis for the close relationship between auricular points and gastrointestinal diseases,but also the TCM theorectical basis of the development of the idea of treating bowel diseases by auricular points based on the vagua nerve stimulation of auricular points.Under the guidance of the idea of treating bowel diseases by auricular points,the vagua nerve stimulation of auricular points can be applied for the treatment of such gastrointestinal diseases as functional gastrointestinal disorders,inflammatory bowel dieases and postoperative ileus.
