从《妇人规》求嗣种子思想论岭南罗氏妇科诊治不孕症的传承与发展

摘　　要：求嗣种子思想是《妇人规》中对不孕症的诊治观点,其中对不孕的病因病机分析、种子之法及一系列种子之方对后世诊治不孕有深远影响。岭南罗氏妇科结合岭南地区特色,将不孕病因进一步归纳,认为种子不仅需要重视时机,还需注意顺应阴阳转换,并以“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”轴理论为基础,提出母体的脾肾及冲任不充是不孕主要的病因;进一步完善不孕的治则治法,提出“种子首重调经助孕,调经关键在于脾肾”的治则,创滋肾育胎丸、促排卵汤等种子之方。岭南罗氏妇科在病因病机、治则治法、遣方用药等方面对《妇人规》求嗣种子思想均有了继承和发展创新,丰富了求嗣种子的证治理论。The thought in fertility is the diagnosis and treatment perspectives of infertility in Fu Ren Gui,in which the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility,methods of inducing conception,and prescriptions for fertility have a profound effect on the diagnosis and treatment of infertility in later generations.Combining with the features of the Lingnan area,Lingnan LUO’s gynecology further summarized the causes of infertility,concluding that to conceive needs to pay attention not only to timing but also to conform to yin-yang conversion;based on the theory of“the kidney-tenthstem heavenly-the thoroughfare and conception vessels-the uterus”,it was proposed that the maternal insufficiency of the spleen,the kidney,and the thoroughfare and conception vessels is the main cause of infertility.To further improve the treatment principles and methods of infertility,“regulating menstruation to improve fertility is a priority,and the key to regulating menstruation lies in the spleen and kidney”was put forward,and Zishen Yutai Pills,Cupailuan Decoction and other formulas to boost fertility were created.Lingnan LUO’s gynecology has inherited and developed the thought in fertility in Fu Ren Gui in the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods,and prescription and medication,and enriched the theory of syndrome and treatment of fertility.
