摘　　要：目的 分析保守治疗的跖骨骨折患者外固定完成后定期使用足部医用冰敷套袜的效果。方法 选取2020年1—11月福建省某部队医院收治的112例跖骨骨折患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法均分为对照组(常规速冷盐水冰袋)和试验组(足部医用冰敷套袜),每组56例,比较两组干预前和干预后(冷敷7 d)患侧肿胀程度、疼痛评分,比较两组干预后功能状态、护理满意度和局部舒适度。结果 干预后,两组患侧肿胀程度、疼痛评分较干预前均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患侧肿胀程度、疼痛评分低于对照组;试验组护理满意度、局部舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相比传统冷敷装置,跖骨骨折外固定保守治疗患者定期使用足部医用冰敷套袜,能更好地改善骨折部位肿胀和疼痛程度,满意度和局部舒适度均较高。Objective The effect of regular use of foot medical ice pack sock after external fixation of patients with metatarsal fracture receiving conservative treatment was analyzed.Methods 112 patients with metatarsal fracture admitted to a military hospital in Fujian Province from January to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(conventional quick-cooling saline ice bag) and the observation group(foot medical ice pack sock),with 56 patients in each group.The differences in swelling degree and pain score of the affected side before and after the intervention(cold pack for 7 days) were compared between the two groups,and the functional status of the two groups after the intervention was compared The difference between nursing satisfaction and local comfort.Results After the intervention,the swelling degree and pain score of the affected side of patients in both groups improved,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the swelling degree and pain score of the affected side in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;The nursing satisfaction rate and local comfort rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional cold compress device,patients with metatarsal fracture treated by external fixation and conservative treatment regularly use the medical ice compress sock on the foot,which can better improve the swelling and pain of the fracture site,and the degree of satisfaction and local comfort are relatively high.
