透析管路特用型镊子在某院血液净化中心的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 分析某院血液净化中心应用透析管路特用型镊子的效果。方法 某院血液净化中心对2020年1—8月24名护理人员先后使用常规型镊子(对照组)和特用型镊子(观察组)开展透析管路的夹持、连接等工作进行研究,比较两组护理人员使用后的满意度、主观评分情况。结果 观察组持物非常牢固(87.50%)、无菌操作更佳(95.83%)满意度高于对照组(41.67%、25.00%),观察组护理人员对装置的安全性评分[(4.51±0.26)分]高于对照组[(3.84±0.15)分],观察组护理人员对装置的省力性评分[(2.71±0.30)分]低于对照组[(4.24±0.22)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 某院血液净化中心采用特用型镊子对透析管路进行维护,能极大提升夹持的牢固性,其无菌操作效果亦相对更佳。Objective The effect of using special forceps of dialysis pipeline in a blood purification center of a hospital was analyzed.Methods Twenty four nurses in a blood purification center of a hospital successively used conventional tweezers(control group) and special tweezers(observation group) to clamp and connect dialysis tubes.The satisfaction rate and subjective score of the two groups of nurses after use were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group(41.67%) in terms of very firm holding(87.50%) and better aseptic operation(95.83%) was higher than that of the control group(25.00%).The safety score of the observation group’s nurses on the device [(4.51±0.26) points] was higher than that of the control group [(3.84±0.15) points].The labor-saving score of the observation group’s nurses on the device [(2.71±0.30) points]was lower than that of the control group [(4.24±0.22) points],with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion When a blood purification center of a hospital maintains the dialysis pipeline,special tweezers can greatly improve the firmness of clamping,and the effect of aseptic operation is relatively better.
