润肺益气汤结合西医常规治疗肺心病心力衰竭的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨润肺益气汤结合常规西医方式治疗肺心病心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年4月甘肃省泾川县中医医院收治的60例肺心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组,各30例。参照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予润肺益气汤治疗,评估两组临床效果,对比两组治疗前后血气指标及生活质量评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组二氧化碳分压、氧分压、血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组二氧化碳分压明显低于参照组,氧分压与血氧饱和度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组躯体症状、生理症状、心理症状、睡眠状况评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:润肺益气汤联合常规西医治疗肺心病心力衰竭,可提高患者疗效,改善血气指标,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Runfei Yiqi Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with cor pulmonale and heart failure.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cor pulmonale and heart failure admitted to Jingchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Gansu Province from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the reference group by random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Runfei Yiqi Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the blood gas index and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in partial pressure of carbon dioxide,partial pressure of oxygen and blood oxygen saturation(P>0.05);After treatment,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the partial pressure of oxygen and blood oxygen saturation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The scores of somatic symptoms,physical symptoms,psychological symptoms and sleep status in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Runfei Yiqi Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of cor pulmonale and heart failure can improve the curative effect,blood gas index,and quality of life.
