少腹逐瘀汤联合雷火灸治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察少腹逐瘀汤联合雷火灸治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经的临床疗效。方法:将60例寒湿凝滞型痛经患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予少腹逐瘀汤治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合雷火灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、痛经症状评分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后痛经症状评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤联合雷火灸治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经,可缓解患者临床症状及疼痛情况,且不良反应较少。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Lower Abdominal Stasis-Expelling Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on dysmenorrhea with cold-dampness stagnation syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness stagnation type were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lower Abdominal Stasis-Expelling Decoction,while the treatment group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the changes of TCM syndrome score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Lower Abdominal Stasis-Expelling Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion can relieve the clinical symptoms and pain of patients with dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness stagnation type,and there are fewer adverse reactions.
