摘  要:研究了余热风、微波两种主流热源玻璃纤维隧道烘干炉内上下层烘干差异原因,通过测量分析原丝成膜时间差异与烘干炉内风速的差异、微波辐射差异的关系,提出了调整上下层风速及增加微波辐射的解决方案,结果表明解决方案措施有效,不仅消除了烘干炉上下层烘干差异,稳定产品质量,并为烘干炉的建造、提升产能提供了理论指导。The reasons for the difference of glass strand drying in the upper and lower layers in a tunnel oven heated by waste heat air and/or microwave are studied.By measuring and analyzing the relationship between the difference of filmforming time on strands and the difference of waste heat air speed and microwave radiation in the oven,the solutions of adjusting the waste heat air speed in the upper and lower layers and increasing microwave radiation are put forward.The results show that the solutions are effective,which not only eliminates the difference of drying in the upper and lower layers in the oven and thus stabilizes the product quality,but also provides theoretical guidance for the construction of the drying oven and improves the productivity.
