摘  要:研究了在CFRT工艺条件下,分析不同类型的长玻纤对预浸带状态的影响。介绍了超高分散性玻纤产品362A,研究其在CFRT工艺增强PP条件下的工艺状态。结果发现:使用362A后,相同工艺条件下,片材展开性好,表观优良,无干纱,无白条,尤其适用超薄片材领域的开发;另外,使用超高分散性玻纤处理加工,其与基体树脂的结合性进一步提高,预浸效果优良,耐水解性能突出。This paper mainly studies the influence of different types of long glass fibers on the state of prepregs in CFRT process.The process behavior of ultra-high dispersion glass fiber product 362A used to reinforce PP by CFRT process is particularly studied.The results show that under the same process conditions,the sheets reinforced with 362A have good spreadability,excellent appearance,no dry roving and no white strip,which is especially suitable for the development of ultra-thin sheets.In addition,the use of ultra-high dispersion glass fibers offers improved adhesion with matrix resin,excellent prepregging effect and outstanding hydrolysis resistance.
