当代中国文化生态建设问题思考  

Reflections on the Construction of Cultural Ecology in Contemporary China

摘　　要：当代中国亟需提出和面对文化生态建设的新课题。从文化对于人类生存尤其是精神性生存所具有的地位、价值、功能等出发,尝试提出元文化、根文化、雅文化、俗文化等基本概念指代一定的文化现象或因素。以此对当代中国现实的文化生态予以“问题透视和诊断”后得出,我国当代文化生态在某种程度上存在着元文化虚化、根文化弱化、雅文化不成熟、俗文化退化等问题。最后,文章提出当代中国文化生态优化构建的逻辑理路:一是在马克思主义和中华传统哲学相结合的基础上,构建中华民族元文化;二是要在全面弘扬优良传统文化的基础之上,传承和强化中华民族根文化;三是立足时代与实践,借鉴和创造反映现代社会发展规律和趋势的规范文化;四是在文化自由和法治约束之上,全面保护繁荣中国的民俗文化。It is urgent for contemporary China to put forward and face the new task of cultural ecology construction.Starting from the status,value and function of culture to human existence,especially spiritual existence,this paper tries to put forward some basic concepts such as meta-culture,root culture,elegant culture and popular culture to refer to certain cultural phenomena or factors,and then draws a conclusion from the"problem perspective and diagnosis"of contemporary Chinese realistic cultural ecology,that there are some problems to some extent in our contemporary cultural ecology,such as the weakening of meta-culture and root culture,the immaturity of elegant culture and the degeneration of popular culture.At last,the author puts forward the logic of the construction of contemporary Chinese cultural ecology:firstly,to construct Chinese meta-culture based on the combination of Marxism and traditional Chinese philosophy;secondly,to inherit and strengthen the root culture of the Chinese nation on the basis of carrying forward the fine traditional culture in an all-round way;thirdly,based on the times and practice,to draw lessons from and create a normative culture reflecting the law and trend of modern social development;and fourthly,to protect and prosper our folk culture in an all-round way on the basis of cultural freedom and the restriction of the rule of law.
