摘  要:基于V型缸体产品结构和铸造工艺的复杂性,采取包型立浇工艺方案,通过CAE模拟分析及进一步优化,采用3D打印砂型、整体组芯的造型工艺,样件试制一次成功,产品质量满足技术要求,为该产品量产工艺、正式工装的开发提供参考。Based on the complexity of product structure and casting process of V-shaped cylinder block,the package casting process was adopted.Through CAE simulation analysis and further optimization,the modeling process of 3D printing sand mold and integral core was adopted.The sample was successfully trial-produced once,and the product quality met the technical requirements,which provided a reference for the development of mass production process and formal tooling of the product.
