摘  要:针对ZG32MnMo轮毂铸造过程中在铸件内部形成的缩孔、缩松缺陷问题,采用ProCAST软件进行铸造工艺模拟,分析认为缺陷主要集中在导链限位盘焊装处和拉筋根部。通过在缺陷部位增加冷铁,改用发热保温冒口进行工艺改进,生产验证得到了内部无缺陷的合格铸件。In order to solve the shrinkage cavity and porosity defects in the casting process of ZG32MnMo hub,ProCAST software was used to simulate the casting process.The analysis showed that the defects were mainly concentrated in the welding place of the guide chain limit plate and the root of tension.The process was improved by adding chills in the area of suppressing leakage and the root of casting and using heat insulation riser.After production verification according to the improved process,qualified castings without defects were obtained.
