摘 要:目的应用三维步态分析系统比较健康大学生和下肢运动损伤大学生步行时步态特征的差异,为下肢运动损伤大学生的康复或预康复提供相关科学依据。方法选取2019年10月-2020年4月期间因运动损伤后下肢功能障碍的大学生30例为研究组,健康大学生30例为对照组,采用三维步态分析系统对2组受试者分别行三维步态检测。结果研究组步长、步频、步速、双足支撑时间小于对照组(P<0.05),步行周期长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组足跟触地期屈膝角度大于对照组(P<0.05),承重反应期最大屈膝角度、支撑相中期最大伸膝角度、摆动相最大屈膝角度小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患侧矢状面和冠状面踝关节、膝关节、髋关节运动幅度均小于对照组,其中踝关节、髋关节转角幅值,膝关节矢状面转角幅值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),膝关节冠状面转角幅值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三维步态分析系统用于下肢运动损伤患者的临床诊断、康复治疗及疗效评价具有客观、量化的特点,应用前景广泛。Objective The three-dimensional gait analysis system was used to compare the difference of gait characteristics between healthy college students and college students with lower limb movement injury,and to provide relevant scientific basis for the rehabilitation or pre-rehabilitation of college students with lower limb movement injury.Methods 30 college students with lower limb movement injury were selected as the study group from October 2019 to April 2020,and another 30 healthy college students were recruited as the control group.Results Compared with the normal control group,step length,step frequency,step speed and foot support time in sports injury group were less than those in healthy group(P<0.05).The walking cycle was longer than that of healthy group(P<0.05).The knee bend angle of the sports injury group was higher than that of the healthy group(P<0.05).The maximum knee bend angle,the maximum knee extension angle and the maximum knee bend angle in the middle support phase were lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).The motion amplitude of ankle joint,knee joint and hip joint decreased in the two groups in sagittal plane and coronal plane,and the amplitude of angle of ankle joint and hip joint decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coronal angle amplitude decreased,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional gait analysis system is an objective and quantitative evaluation system for the clinical diagnosis,rehabilitation and efficacy evaluation of the patients with lower limb movement injury,and has a wide application prospect.
