摘　　要：糖尿病自主神经病变是糖尿病常见并发症,具有治疗难度大、预后差及死亡率高的特征,可对患者的生活、工作产生深远影响,故糖尿病自主神经的防治已愈加受到临床重视。肠道菌群作为一种环境因素,与糖尿病自主神经病变的发生发展有着密切关系,影响着糖尿病自主神经病变的预后。因此,探究肠道菌群及其代谢物在糖尿病自主神经病变中的作用将有助于阐明糖尿病自主神经病变的发病机制,并为其预防和治疗提供新的思路和靶点。Diabetic autonomic neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes,which is characterized by difficult treatment,poor prognosis and high mortality.It can exert a profound influence on the life and work of patients.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of diabetic autonomic neuropathy has been paid more and more clinical attention.As an environmental factor,gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetic autonomic neuropathy,and affects the prognosis of diabetic autonomic neuropathy.Therefore,exploring the role of gut microbiota and its metabolites in diabetic autonomic neuropathy will help clarify the pathogenesis of diabetic autonomic neuropathy,and provide new ideas and targets for its prevention and treatment.
