摘 要:通过对哈尔滨石化公司双脱装置液化石油气脱硫醇装置进行分析,发现液化石油气精制后总硫波动较大、经常不合格,碱渣排放量较大、容易污染环境。对目前国内外液化石油气脱硫、脱硫醇工艺技术进行比选,采用中国石油大学(北京)研发的液化石油气无苛性碱精制组合工艺在哈尔滨石化公司新建的35×10^(4)t/a液化石油气脱硫醇装置上进行首次工业应用。该工艺技术,使用专业催化剂,脱除LPG中的硫化氢、羰基硫和硫醇,使产品总硫在指标范围内,解决了碱渣应用及废碱渣排放导致的环保问题,彻底解决了碱液运输、储存、使用及减渣储存、运输带来的环保压力。LPG无苛性碱精制应用效益比较显著,同时还降低了外装置的动力消耗,总体经济效益可观。该工艺在哈尔滨石化公司的应用,在工艺要求和环境保护方面均取得了较好的效果。Through the analysis of the liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) sweetening unit at PetroChina Harbin Petrochemical Company,it was found that the total sulfur of the refined LPG fluctuated greatly and often exceeded the limit,and the large discharge of caustic sludge easily polluted the environment.The current desulfurization and mercaptan removal technologies for LPG at home and abroad were compared,and the alkali-free refining combination process for LPG developed by China University of Petroleum-Beijing was selected for the first industrial application in the newly-built 350kt/a LPG sweetening unit at PetroChina Harbin Petrochemical Company.This process uses professional catalyst to remove the hydrogen sulfide,carbonyl sulfide and mercaptan from LPG,so that the total sulfur of the product is within the target range,thus solving the environmental problems caused by the application of caustic sludge and the discharge of spent caustic sludge and completely alleviating the environmental pressure caused by the transportation,storage and use of caustic solution and the storage and transportation of caustic sludge.The alkali-free refining process for LPG has re-markable application benefits and reduces the power consumption of external units.Its overall economic benefit is considerable.Its application in PetroChina Harbin Petrochemical Company has achieved good results in both process requirements and environmental protection.
