摘 要:目的系统评价癌症化疗患者饮食管理过程中的体验和感受,为癌症化疗患者制定个性化饮食管理方案提供参考依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库等,搜集关于癌症化疗患者饮食管理体验的相关质性研究,检索时限为建库至2021年11月19日。文献质量采用JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准,采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行整合分析。结果共纳入5篇文献,提炼28个结果,归纳形成10个类别,合成2个整合结果:影响患者自身饮食管理能力的因素(肿瘤因素、化疗不良反应、生活习惯的改变、负性心理情绪、社交限制、缺乏正确的饮食管理知识、营养知识获取途径单一),多方面的饮食管理支持需求(专业人员支持、家人和朋友的支持、对医院管理的需求)。结论医护人员应关注并改善癌症化疗患者饮食管理的影响因素,加强饮食知识健康教育,重视患者饮食管理需求,提供多方面支持,改善其自我饮食体验,进而提高患者自身饮食管理能力。Objective To systematically evaluate the experience and feelings of diet management among cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,so as to provide a reference for the development of personalized diet management plans for such patients.Methods The qualitative research on diet management experience of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were searched in such databases as PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,OVID,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM,with the time limit until November 19,2021.The JBI critical appraisal Tool for qualitative studies was used to evaluate the quality of the literature.The Meta-synthesis method was used to integrate the results.Results A total of 5 literatures were included,28 results extracted and 10 categories formed.Meanwhile,2 results were integrated:factors affecting patients′ability to manage their own diet(tumor factors,adverse reactions to chemotherapy,changes in living habits,negative psychological emotions,social restrictions,lack of correct diet management knowledge,limited access to nutrition knowledge),and multi-faceted dietary management support needs(support from professionals,support from family and friends,and hospital management needs).Conclusion Medical staff should take targeted measures to strengthen health education on the diet,pay attention to patients′needs,and provide various support,so as to improve their eating experiences,and their own diet management ability.
