摘　　要：分析郑州地铁道岔滑床板滑床台脱焊、滑床台压嘴一侧和垫板断裂等问题,其原因为滑床板受力、制造尺寸、焊接工艺及焊高、运营维护等综合因素叠加导致。This paper analyzes the reasons for the disconnection of sliding bed plate and sliding bed of turnout in Zhengzhou metro, the fracture of one side of pressure nozzle of sliding bed table and the fracture of base plate. The results show that the causes are the superposition of comprehensive factors such as the stress of sliding bed plate, manufacturing size, welding process, welding height and operation and maintenance.
