高校外事档案管理的问题及建议

摘　　要：外事档案是高校对外合作交流的重要凭证。由于管理人员意识欠缺、专业技能薄弱等,目前高校外事档案管理中仍存在管理不规范的问题。加强档案管理人员的专业化培训和各部门的外事联结,并建立完善可靠的外事档案制度是外事档案管理的首要任务,合理运用大数据提高档案信息化是提高外事档案管理效率的有效途径。Foreign affairs archives is an important certificate in foreign cooperation. Due to the lack of consciousness and weak professional skills of the managers, management of foreign affairs archives in colleges are still non-standard. It is the primary task to strengthen the professional training of personnel and the foreign affairs connection of various departments, and to establish a perfect and reliable foreign affairs archives system. The reasonable use of big data to improve informatization level is an effective way to improve the efficiency of foreign affairs archives management.
