摘  要:在油田、石油化工、炼厂或污水处理厂等对介质输送过程中,由于泵都固定在地面上,抽出介质后只能通过弯头、膨胀节等组件焊接或是法兰连接改变流动方向。因此设计了一种无偏离回转接头装置,可使管道旋转或是摆转成任意角度来改变介质流动方向,替代了传统改变流道方向的问题,同时降低了管道应力,防止发生爆裂,提高了管道使用安全性。In the process of medium transmission in oil field, petrochemical industry, refinery or sewage treatment plant, since the pump was fixed on the ground, the flow direction could only be changed by welding or flange connection of elbow, expansion joint and other components after the medium was pumped out. Therefore, a kind of non deviation rotary joint device was designed, which could make the pipe rotate or swing to any angle to change the medium flow direction, replacing the traditional problem of changing the flow channel direction, while reducing the pipe stress, preventing the occurrence of burst, and improving the safety of pipe use.
