摘  要:某汽机开式水系统埋地回水管道(20G)发生泄漏,对该泄漏点进行宏观检查、金相组织分析、硬度检验和能谱分析。根据试验结果可知,该回水管道发生泄漏的原因应为管道外壁防腐蚀层发生损坏导致管道发生土壤腐蚀,腐蚀产物含少量的S、P元素,这表明管道发生土壤腐蚀时伴随硫/磷腐蚀,从而加速管道点腐蚀速度,点腐蚀穿孔造成了管道泄漏。最后根据试验结果给出了相应的预防措施及建议。The buried return water pipe(20G) of an open water system of a steam turbine leaked, and the leakage point was subject to macro inspection, metallographic analysis, hardness test and energy spectrum analysis.According to the test results, the leakage of the return water pipe was caused by the soil corrosion of the pipe caused by the damage of the anti-corrosion layer on the outer wall of the pipe, and the corrosion products contained a small amount of S and P elements. This indicated that the soil corrosion of the pipeline was accompanied by sulfur/phosphorus corrosion, which sped up the pipeline pitting corrosion. The pitting corrosion perforation caused pipeline leakage. Finally, the corresponding preventive measures and suggestions were given according to the test results.
