摘　　要：The Global Security Initiative,first proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping on April 21,2022,continues to attract attention and is widely debated within Europe.Presently,world economic,social,and political developments are facing unprecedented uncertainties,and the global security situation is unprecedentedly grave.The new era calls for a new security framework to better safeguard the security of all countries,enhance mutual trust。
