摘　　要：文章以浙江大学医学院公共技术平台为例,从制度建设和组织保障、综合培养体系建设等方面阐述如何推动和实施研究生的大型仪器操作能力培养,如何实现共享平台大型仪器的高效利用和研究生培养的有机结合。实践表明,提升研究生的大型仪器操作能力,不仅显著提高大型仪器的使用效率和开放共享水平,而且助推研究生高水平科研产出,促进科研高水平和高质量发展。Taking Core Facilities of School of Medicine, Zhejiang University as an example, we discuss how to promote the development of large-scale instrument operation ability for postgraduates from the aspects of system construction and organization guarantee, construction of comprehensive developing system and how to effectively combine the efficiency of large-scale instruments with postgraduate development.The practice shows that improving the operation ability of large-scale instruments of postgraduates not only improves the efficiency and open sharing level of large-scale instruments, but also boosts the high-level scientific research output of postgraduates and promotes the quality and level of postgraduate education.
