摘 要:目的:探讨钉钉平台授课在外科基本操作教学中的可行性。方法:基于钉钉平台对医学生进行外科基本操作网上视频授课,与传统教学法比较外科基本操作掌握程度,并调查教学满意度。结果:实验组外科基本操作能力考核总成绩与对照组无差别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),无菌术、外科缝合及打结成绩实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组整体教学满意度评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钉钉平台授课在外科基本操作教学方面整体可以达到传统教学的效果,同时提高了学生的满意度,但在无菌术、外科缝合及打结方面仍存在不足。Objective: To explore the feasibility of essential surgical skills teaching through the DING-DING platform.Methods: Medical students were given online video lectures of essential surgical skills through the DING-DING platform, then their proficiency were compared with traditional teaching methods and the teaching satisfaction was investigated.Results: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the overall score of the essential surgical skills(p>0.05);The score of asepsis, surgical suture and knotting in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(p<0.05);The overall teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: The teaching on the DING-DING platform can achieve the traditional teaching effect in the essential surgical skills teaching and improve the students’ satisfaction, but there are still some deficiencies in asepsis, surgical suture and knotting.
