摘 要:为了定量分析脆性物料粉碎数学模型中断裂概率与颗粒尺寸、物料特性的关系,对典型的脆性物料K9玻璃球和陶瓷球进行准静态挤压试验,研究加载速率、样本空间、颗粒尺寸对颗粒破碎特性的影响规律.采用经典的两参数Weibull分布模型对颗粒的强度进行拟合,研究了两参数Weibull分布模型中参数与颗粒尺寸、物料特性之间的定量关系.研究结果表明:准静态挤压作用下,加载速率对物料颗粒的破碎特性影响不显著;样本空间会影响颗粒强度特征值的精度;K9玻璃球与陶瓷球的荷载特征满足Hertz弹性接触模型.不同尺寸K9玻璃球与陶瓷球的断裂强度分布均满足Weibull分布,模型中的特征应力与颗粒尺寸存在明显的幂率关系,Weibull分布模量与颗粒尺寸不存在显著的依赖关系.本论文的研究成果进一步丰富和扩展了脆性物料破碎的理论与研究方法.In order to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the breakage probability and particle size and material’s property, the quasi-static compression tests were carried out on typical brittle materials K9 glass and ceramic spheres, and the influence of loading rate, sample space and particle size on particle crushing characteristics was studied. The classical two-parameter Weibull distribution model was used to fit the strength of the particles, and the quantitative relationship between the parameters in the two-parameter Weibull distribution model and the particle size and material characteristics was studied. The results show that under quasi-static compression, the loading rate has no significant effect on the crushing characteristics of the material particles;the sample space affects the accuracy of the particle strength characteristic value;the load characteristics of the K9 glass and ceramic spheres satisfy the Hertz elastic contact model. The breakage strength distributions of K9 glass and ceramic spheres with different sizes all satisfy the Weibull distribution. The characteristic stress in the model has an obvious power-law relationship with the particle size, and the Weibull distribution modulus does not have a significant dependence on the particle size. The research results have further enriched and expanded the theory and research methods of brittle material crushing.
