摘  要:因常规生物滴滤器(BTF)难以净化氯化挥发性有机化合物(Cl—VOCs),本文采用聚氨酯海绵负载Fe_(3)O_(4)为填料,添加微量H_(2)O_(2)进行化学预氧化,研究强化BTF工艺净化氯苯的性能与机制.结果表明:负载Fe_(3)O_(4)后填料表面粗糙,微生物生长均匀;添加H_(2)O_(2)促进了生物膜中蛋白质的合成与分泌和羟基基团的生成.在进气氯苯质量浓度为600 mg/m^(3)、进气负荷为24 g/(m^(3)·h)、停留时间为90 s的条件下,当n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(氯苯)=0.10时,强化BTF工艺对氯苯的去除率、去除负荷和矿化率最高,此时三者的值分别为92.26%,22.87 g/(m^(3)·h)和49.75%,这明显优于未添加H_(2)O_(2)的情况(去除率、去除负荷和矿化率分别为77.98%,19.11 g/(m^(3)·h)和9.95%).在Fe_(3)O_(4)-H_(2)O_(2)强化BTF中,类Fenton反应生成·OH加速氯苯氧化,主要中间产物为邻氯苯酚和邻苯二酚;1,2-双加氧酶主要作用于邻位开环途径,促进后续生物降解.Because chlorinated volatile organic compounds(Cl—VOCs)are difficult to be degraded in conventional biological trickling filter(BTF),polyurethane sponges loaded with Fe_(3)O_(4) were used as fillers in this research,and trace amount of H_(2)O_(2) was added simultaneously in BTF for chemical pre-oxidation.The performances and mechanisms of enhanced BTF for the degradation of chlorobenzene were investigated,and some important results were as follows:After Fe_(3)O_(4) was loaded,the fillers with rougher surface were obtained,on which microorganisms grew evenly.The synthesis and secretion of proteins and the generation of hydroxyl groups in biofilms were promoted by the addition of H_(2)O_(2).At the inlet chlorobenzene mas concentration of 600 mg/m^(3),inlet gas load of 24 g/(m^(3)·h)and residence time of 90 s,the enhanced BTF performed well on chlorobenzene degradation when n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(chlorobenzene)=0.10,with the maximum values of removal rate,removal load and mineralization rate of 92.26%,22.87 g/(m^(3)·h)and 49.75%,respectively,which were significantly better than the case without H_(2)O_(2) addition(77.98%,19.11 g/(m^(3)·h)and 9.95%,respectively).In the Fe_(3)O_(4)-H_(2)O_(2) enhanced BTF,the oxidation of chlorobenzene was accelerated by·OH that generated in Fenton-like reaction,with o-chlorophenol and catechol as the main intermediates.1,2-dioxygenase acted mainly in the ortho-ring opening pathway,which promoted the subsequent biodegradation.
