摘 要:在不同的低温环境下,对奥氏体不锈钢进行预拉伸试验,研究了温度对材料形变马氏体含量的影响,并分析了不同形变马氏体含量对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:在变形量和应变速率相同的条件下,温度越低,材料产生的形变马氏体越多;形变马氏体变多会使材料硬化且强度变大,并导致冲击试样缺口处裂纹的扩展速率加快,冲击韧性下降。The effect of temperature on the content of deformed martensite in austenitic stainless steel was studied by pretension test under different low temperature environments, and the influence of different deformed martensite content on the mechanical properties of the material was analyzed. The results show that under the same deformation and strain rate conditions, the lower the temperature, the more deformed martensite produced by the material. The more deformed martensite would harden the material and increase the strength, and led to the crack propagation rate at the notch of the impact specimen was accelerated and the impact toughness was reduced.
