摘 要:某型风电偏航双列球轴承外圈在服役过程中发生断裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,分析了该轴承外圈断裂的原因。结果表明:轴承外圈断裂源部位存在应力集中,接触表面有摩擦塑性变形损伤,腐蚀部位产生疲劳裂纹并逐步扩展,最终导致轴承外圈发生断裂。The outer ring of a certain type of yaw double row ball bearing in wind-power was fractured during service. The fracture reason of the bearing outer ring was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property test, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the stress concentration existed at the fracture source of the bearing outer ring, the friction plastic deformation damage existed on the contact surface, and the fatigue cracks occurred at the corrosion part and gradually expanded, finally led to the fracture of the bearing outer ring.
