摘　　要：乡土文化资本化的出场是文化逻辑与资本逻辑的耦合统一来实现的,在理论上表现为一个文化与资本逻辑不断演进和文化与资本形态不断演替的历史过程,产生了乡土文化资本这一文化与资本的新形态,而在实践上表现为通过资本介入乡土文化的生产与再生产,产生了乡土文化产业这一新业态。乡土文化与资本这一历史性“相遇”无论各自存在的基础条件还是价值诉求,从一开始就以伦理的悖论弥漫在乡土文化的“生产-消费(购买)”过程中:乡土主体自觉与权利伦理失衡;乡村美学复兴与情感伦理失落;市场意识培育与资本伦理失度。乡土文化资本化的伦理约束旨在强调,资本逻辑的超越和人文本位的回归辩证统一,探索乡土文化资本更具适应性的实现方式和制约形式。The capitalization of local culture is the coupling of cultural logic and capital logic. Theoretically, it demonstrates a continuous evolution of culture and capital logic and continuous succession of culture and capital form, which has produced the local cultural capital, a new form of culture and capital. In practice, it is involved in the production and reproduction of local culture through capital, resulting in a new form of local cultural industry.The historic “encounter” of local culture and capital, whatever their basic conditions or value demands, has permeated the process of “production-consumption(purchase)” of local culture from the very beginning: the “revolution” of the local subject and the imbalance of power ethics;rural aesthetic revival and the loss of emotional ethics. The ethical constraint of the capitalization of local culture aims to emphasize the dialectical unity of the transcendence of capital logic and the return of humanistic standard, and to explore the more adaptive way of realization and restriction form of local cultural capital.
