摘 要:目的:明确2940 nm点阵激光联合米诺地尔对小鼠雄激素性脱发的改善效果及相关作用机制。方法:将70只C57BL/6小鼠随机分为7组,包括空白组(K组)、模型组(M组)及5个治疗组(T1~T5组),各组分别给予米诺地尔(T1)、100 mJ激光(T2)、200 mJ激光(T3)、100 mJ激光+米诺地尔(T4)、200 mJ激光+米诺地尔(T5)处理。除空白组外,其余各组小鼠背部给予丙酸睾酮溶液注射建立小鼠雄激素性脱发模型并按要求进行对应处理。对各组小鼠背部皮肤毛囊总数目、终毛毛囊数目和毳毛毛囊数目进行计数,同时计算终毛样毛囊/毳毛样毛囊比值。测定小鼠背部皮肤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子β1(TGF⁃β1)的表达量。结果:与造模组及其他4个治疗组相比,T4组小鼠背部毛发覆盖广泛,且总毛囊数目、终毛毛囊数目显著增加(P<0.05)。其余5个治疗组分别与M组进行比较,各组小鼠背部VEGF表达量均上升(P<0.05),K组、T1组、T4组及T5组小鼠背部TGF⁃β1表达量均降低(P<0.05);其他4个治疗组分别与T4组进行比较,T1组VEGF表达量无统计学差异(P>0.05),T2组VEGF表达量较低(P<0.05),T1组TGF⁃β1表达量低于T4组,其他3个治疗组的TGF⁃β1表达量均高于T4组(P<0.01)。结论:2940 nm点阵激光联合米诺地尔对C57BL/6小鼠雄激素性脱发模型有改善作用,其作用机制主要为升高小鼠背部VEGF表达量及降低TGF⁃β1表达量,同时2940 nm点阵激光通过对浅表皮肤的直接烧蚀、光机械波的光击穿和光热效应,增强米诺地尔的透皮吸收,从而达到治疗雄激素性脱发的作用。Objective:To clarify the improvement effect and related mechanism of 2940 nm fractional laser combined with minoxidil on androgenetic alopecia(AGA)in mice.Methods:A total of 70 C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups,as blank group(K),model group(M),and five treatment groups,which were treated with minoxidil(T1),100 mJ laser(T2),200 mJ laser(T3),100 mJ la⁃ser+minoxidil(T4),and 200 mJ laser+minoxidil(T5),respectively.Except for the blank group,the mice in other groups were injected with testosterone propionic acid solution to establish AGA mod⁃els.The total numbers of hair follicles,terminal hair follicles and vellus hair⁃like hair follicles on the back of each mouse were counted,and the terminal hair follicle/vellus hair⁃like hair follicles ratio was calculated.The expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor⁃β1(TGF⁃β1)in the back skin of mice were assayed.Results:Compared with that re⁃spectively in the model group and the other four treatment groups,the hair coverage on the back of mice in T4 group was extensive,and the number of total hair follicles and final hair follicles were sig⁃nificantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group respectively,the expression of VEGF in the back of mice in each treatment group was increased(P<0.05),and the expression of TGF⁃β1 in the back of mice in groups K,T1,T4,and T5 were all decreased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the T4 group,the expression of VEGF in T1 group showed no significant difference(P>0.05),but the expression of VEGF in T2 group was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the expres⁃sion of TGF⁃β1 in T1 group was lower than that in T4 group,and the expression of TGF⁃β1 in the other three treatment groups was higher than that in T4 group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combination of 2940 nm fractional laser and minoxidil could relieve androgenic alopecia in mice.The mechanisms might be included the role of increasing the expression of VEGF and decreasing the expression of TGF⁃β1 in the b
