外涂富血小板血浆联合2940 nm点阵激光治疗雄激素性脱发的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究外涂富血小板血浆(PRP)联合2940 nm点阵激光治疗雄激素性脱发的自主临床疗效改善情况。方法:将40例轻、中度雄激素性脱发患者进行随机分为对照组(n=20)和研究组(n=20),对照组予以2940 nm点阵激光与5%米诺地尔酊外涂治疗,研究组予以外涂PRP联合2940 nm点阵激光,治疗12周后评估并记录患者头皮情况及脱发程度变化并进行数据统计分析。结果:治疗前对照组与研究组油腻程度、瘙痒感、头屑症状、丘疹或脓疱程度、脱发量比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗12周后研究组上述症状较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗过程中观察到对照组出现5例不良反应,研究组出现2例不良反应,患者可以耐受上述症状,愿意继续接受治疗,并且在12周治疗结束时症状逐渐消失。且治疗后研究组满意程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外涂PRP联合2940 nm点阵激光治疗雄激素性脱发的头皮症状改善,脱发疗效较好,且患者满意度及安全性高,值得临床治疗时参考。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of external application of platelet⁃rich plasma(PRP)combined with 2940 nm fractional laser in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.Methods:Forty pa⁃tients with mild and moderate androgenetic alopecia were randomly divided into control group(n=20)and research group(n=20).The control group were treated with 2940 nm fractional laser and exter⁃nal application of 5%minoxidil tincture,while the research group adopted external application of PRP combined with 2940 nm fractional laser.After 12 weeks'treatment,the patients'scalp conditions and changes in the degree of hair loss were evaluated,recorded,and compared statistically.Results:There was no significant difference in the degree of oiliness,itching,dandruff symptoms,the degree of papules or pustules,and the amount of hair loss between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).But after treatment,there were significant improvements in the above symptoms in re⁃search group as compared with control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,5 cases of adverse re⁃actions were observed in control group,while there were only 2 cases of adverse reactions in study group.All the patients tolerated the above symptoms,and their adverse reactions gradually resolved by the end of the 12⁃week treatment.And the satisfaction degree of research group was higher than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of platelet⁃rich plas⁃ma combined with 2940 nm fractional laser in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia is effective,has higher patients'satisfaction and less adverse reactions,and is worthy of application in clinic.
