雄激素性脱发男性患者血浆性激素水平的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:比较男性雄激素性脱发(AGA)患者与正常男性激素水平有无差异,并探讨各激素变化的可能原因。方法:回顾性分析198位20~39岁男性研究对象[包括AGA组99例(平均年龄27.87岁),对照组99例(平均年龄为31.15岁)]的血浆黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)、总睾酮(TT)、雌二醇(E2)的水平。结果:99例AGA患者中LH水平为(6.44±2.58)mIU/mL,比对照组的水平(4.10±2.44)mIU/mL高(P<0.001);FSH水平为(4.00±1.77)mIU/mL,比对照组的(5.19±3.93)mIU/mL(P=0.007)低;PRL水平为(14.78±6.29)ng/mL,比对照组的(11.66±9.40)ng/mL高(P=0.007);TT水平为(4.67±1.47)ng/mL,比对照组的(3.90±1.34)ng/mL高(P<0.001)。结论:在青年男性中LH、PRL、TT的上升可能在雄激素性脱发的发病中起促进作用。FSH的下降可能提示其在雄激素性脱发的发病中起保护作用。Objective:To analyze and compare the difference of sex hormone levels between male androgen⁃ic alopecia(AGA)patients and normal male subjects,and to explore the possible cause of these chang⁃es of the hormones.Methods:A total of 198 males(AGA group,average age:27.87 years,n=99;control group,average age:31.15 years,n=99)from 20 to 39 years of age were enrolled.Their sex hormones such as luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),prolactin(PRL),to⁃tal testosterone(TT),and estradiol(E2)were analyzed.Results:In 99 cases of AGA patients,the mean value of LH was(6.44±2.58)mIU/mL,which was higher than that of(4.10±2.44)mIU/mL in control group(P<0.001);the mean value of FSH was(4.00±1.77)mIU/mL,which was lower than that of(5.19±3.93)mIU/mL in control group(P=0.007);the average PRL level was(14.78±6.29)ng/mL,which was higher than that of(11.66±9.40)ng/mL in control group(P=0.007);the TT level was(4.67±1.47)ng/mL,which was higher than that of(3.90±1.34)ng/mL in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:For the males from 20 to 39 years of age,increasing in LH,PRL and TT,and decreasing in FSH might facilitate the onset of AGA in males.
