摘　　要：深化创新创业教育改革是国家对创新创业人才培养作出的重要部署。近年来,我国创新创业教育实现全面深化和快速发展,但仍存在意识淡薄、能力不强、条件薄弱、培养途径单一等问题,导致创业成功率偏低。学科竞赛具有综合性、实践性、创新性、主动性、前沿性和应用性,可有效提高学生综合能力和实践应用能力,激发学生创新思维和创业意识,促使教育主动适应社会需求。长春中医药大学提出基于学科竞赛的“创—训—赛—转”创新创业实践教育体系的构建思路、内容与实施路径,培养学生的创新创业意识、技能训练、意志磨砺和成果转化服务,有效提高了学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力。Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important deployment made by the Communist Party of China for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.In recent years,China’s innovation and entrepreneurship education has been comprehensively deepened and rapidly developed,but there are still some problems,such as weak awareness,weak ability,weak conditions,and the single training approach,leading to a low success rate of entrepreneurship.Discipline competition is comprehensive,practical,innovative,proactive,advanced and applicable,which can effectively improve students’comprehensive ability and practical application ability,stimulate students’innovative thinking and entrepreneurial awareness,and promote education to actively adapt to social needs.The Changchun University of Chinese Medicine proposed the construction idea,content and implementation paths of the“innovation-training-competition-transformation”innovation and entrepreneurship practice education system based on discipline competition,which cultivates students’innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,skill training,will sharpening and achievement transformation services,which have effectively improved students’innovation spirit,entrepreneurship awareness,and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
