摘 要:文章描述了基于二极管的单向导通特性的半波整流电路的工作机理,并构建了半波整流电路的原理图。利用MATLAB平台搭建了半波整流电路和半波整流滤波电路的模型并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,半波整流电路的输出电压含有脉动成分,可运用电容滤波电路滤除。在满足电路设计要求的前提下,电容器的放电时间常数越大,电容器的容值越大,滤波效果越好。This paper describes the working mechanism of the half-wave rectifying circuit based on the one-way electric conduction characteristic of the diode, and constructs the schematic diagram of the half-wave rectifying circuit. The models of half-wave rectifying circuit and half-wave rectiying filter circuit are built and simulated using MATLAB platform. The simulation results show that the output voltage of the half-wave rectifying circuit contains pulsating components, which can be filtered by the capacitor filter circuit. On the premise of meeting the circuit design requirements, the larger the discharge time constant of the capacitor, the larger the capacitance of the capacitor, and the better the filtering effect.
