摘　　要：文章首先介绍PHP的语言特征,通过专业的研究与调查,找出在PHP语言的作用下网络教学平台的优化设计,如分析研究、设置功能模块、开发数据库与整合网络系统内容等,再借助适宜的网络教学平台进行合理化应用,如拓展教学资源、打造翻转课堂及开展校本培训等,借用多种形式的应用来提升教师的教学水平、学校的管理水平与学生的学习能力。This paper takes the lead in introducing the language characteristics of PHP, and finds out the optimization design of network teaching platform under the action of PHP language through professional research and investigation, such as analysis and research, setting up functional modules, developing database and integrating network system content and so on. Then, it uses the appropriate teaching network platform for rational application, such as expanding teaching resources, building flipped classroom and carrying out school-based training and so on. It uses various forms of application to improve teaching level of teachers, management level of school and learning ability of students.
