基于InCites平台的云南省科研机构ESI潜力学科多维度分析  

Multi-Dimensional Analysis of ESI Potential Disciplines of Scientific Research Institutions in Yunnan Province Based on the InCites Platform

摘　　要：针对我国云南省科研机构学科建设基础和国际竞争力较弱等问题,文章利用InCites分析平台,结合文献计量学分析方法对云南省具有ESI学科潜力的18所科研机构的潜势学科进行机构间学科多维度评估分析。研究表明:潜势学科主要分布在生物学与生物化学、临床医学、数学、分子生物学与遗传学、药理学与毒理学和社会科学这六个ESI学科。针对潜力学科和弱势学科制定相应人才引进政策和学科评估跟踪,最大限度发挥引进人才的科研学术能力,在一定程度上推动云南省ESI潜力学科在全球学科竞争力中的地位和实力。In view of the problems of weak discipline construction foundation and international competitiveness of scientific research institutions in Yunnan Province, this paper uses the InCites analysis platform and combines with bibliometric analysis method to conduct the institutional multi-dimensional assessment and analysis on potential disciplines of 18 scientific research institutions with ESI discipline potential in Yunnan Province. The research shows that potential disciplines are mainly distributed in six ESI disciplines, such as biology and biochemistry, clinical medicine, mathematics, molecular biology and genetics, pharmacology and toxicology, and social science. It formulates corresponding talent introduction policies and discipline evaluation tracking for potential disciplines and weak disciplines,maximizes the scientific research and academic ability of introduced talents, and it promotes the position and strength of ESI potential disciplines of Yunnan Province in the global discipline competitiveness to a certain extent.
