大众跆拳道馆馆长与教练员现状调查及对策研究——以河南省为例

摘　　要：对于大众跆拳道馆而言,跆拳道教练员既是学员的“精神支柱”,也是道馆的“形象”,是跆拳道及跆拳道馆发展的最重要的因素之一。该研究活用文献调查法、专家访谈法、德尔斐法以及数据统计法等方法,以国内外先行研究和国内跆拳道专家的意见为基础,旨在查明河南省大众跆拳道馆馆长和教练员的实际现状和问题,提出培养跆拳道教练员的建设性意见,促进其更加科学良性的发展。结论:大众跆拳道馆馆长与教练员存在的问题主要为跆拳道相关机关针对跆拳道教练员的资质问题缺乏明确的规定;部分跆拳道教练员频繁离职,师资状况不稳定;及部分跆拳道教练员在教学内容上缺乏巧思和创新。影响大众跆拳道馆馆长和教练员的相关重要因素的前三名分别为大众跆拳道馆馆长、教练员的专业性;跆拳道馆馆长、教练员的教育品质;跆拳道机构对馆长、教练员的考察及监管。For public taekwondo hall, taekwondo coaches are not only the "spiritual pillar" of students, but also the "image" of the hall, which is one of the most important factors for the development of taekwondo and taekwondo hall. The research, based on the domestic and foreign advanced research and the opinions of domestic taekwondo experts, aims to find out the actual situation and problems of the directors and coaches of popular taekwondo in Henan Province, put forward constructive suggestions on training taekwondo coaches, and promote their more scientific and sound development, using such methods as literature survey, expert interview, Delphi method and data statistics. The main conclusions are as follows: the problems existing in the public taekwondo directors and coaches mainly include "the lack of clear regulations on the qualification of taekwondo coaches by the relevant authorities of taekwondo", "some taekwondo coaches frequently leave their jobs, and the coaches’ situation is unstable", and "some taekwondo coaches lack ingenuity and innovation in teaching content". The top three important factors affecting the public taekwondo directors and coaches are "the professionalism of the public taekwondo directors and coaches", "the educational quality of the taekwondo directors and coaches", and "the inspection and supervision of the taekwondo institutions on the directors and coaches".
