摘　　要：2021年7月1日,习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上的讲话中庄严宣告“经过全党全国各族人民持续奋斗,我们历史性地解决了绝对贫困问题”。绝对贫困问题解决了,相对贫困问题怎么解决?中央提出“实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接”,如何巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,实现脱贫效果的可持续性,各地纷纷试点资产收益帮扶模式,并取得较好的效果。从资产收益的概念入手,分析走访调查的四镇两乡908户和SH村资产收益帮扶模式具体案例,探讨了资产收益帮扶的意义、现状、问题,在此基础上,提出完善资产收益扶持机制等相应政策建议。When the problem of absolute poverty is solved, what about the problem of relative poverty? The central government proposed to "effectively link the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements with the rural revitalization". How to consolidate and expand the poverty alleviation achievements and achieve the sustainability of poverty alleviation effect, all regions have experimented with the asset return assistance model and achieved good results. Starting from the concept of asset income, this paper analyzes the specific cases of908 households in four towns, two townships and SH village that have been visited and investigated, discusses the significance, current situation and problems of asset income assistance, and on this basis, puts forward corresponding policy suggestions such as improving the asset income support mechanism.
