摘　　要：基于创新创业的国家战略和人民不断提高的健康要求,医学院校在创新创业教育中发挥着重要作用。专利作为创新创业的制度保障,其教育应深入到医学生特别是研究生的科研活动中。当前医学生创新能力较弱,通过专利的分层制度教育引导,可增强医学生的创新能力。同时,专利的知识产权保护功能,也能为医学生创业保驾护航。Based on the national strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship and the constantly developing health demands of the people,medical colleges and universities are playing an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship education.For patent system acts as an institutional guarantee for innovation and entrepreneurship,its education should go deep into the scientific research activities of medical students,especially graduate students.We here discuss the importance,function demands and training strategies of patent education,hoping to promote the understanding and attention of patent education,and promote teachers and students to produce high-quality patents in scientific research and lay the foundation for excellent innovation and entrepreneurship achievements.
