摘 要:以2015~2018级五年制临床医学专业学生为研究对象,采用理论实践一体化、翻转课堂和形成性评价相结合等新教学方式授课,回顾性对比改革前传统授课方法,探讨其对教师队伍建设和学生综合素质培养的效果。改革后学生系统解剖学与局部解剖学成绩显著提高,同时培养了学生沟通能力与团队合作能力,提高了教师的教学水平。The five-year clinical medicine students from 2015 to 2018 were selected as the research objects. The new teaching models including integration of theory and practice, flipped classroom and formative evaluation were used. The traditional teaching methods were retrospectively compared to explore their effects on the construction of teachers and the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality. After the reform, the students’ scores were significantly improved, the students’ communication ability and teamwork ability were cultivated, and the teaching level of teachers was improved.
