摘  要:培养具备科研能力与创新能力的医学人才是21世纪高等医学教育教学承载的责任与使命。反思分子生物学检验技术教学现状,引入成果导向教育理念,提出“强化科研素养教育,培养卓越型医学人才”学习成果目标,从教学理念、教学方式、教学手段和考核评价等方面进行改革,解决学生科研素养与未来需求不相适应的问题,满足当代医学对临床实验室医学检验专业高素质应用型人才的需求。It is the responsibility and mission of higher medical education in the 21 st century to cultivate medical talents with scientific research ability and innovation ability.This study reflects on the current teaching situation of molecular biology test technology,introduce the idea of outcome based education,and put forward the learning achievement goal of“strengthening scientific research literacy education and cultivating excellent medical talents”.It conducts reform from the aspects of teaching philosophy,teaching mode,teaching means and assessment to solve the problem that students’scientific research quality does not meet their future needs with the objective of meeting the needs of modern medicine for high-quality applied talents in clinical laboratory medical examination.
