摘  要:为了改善钱江世纪城核心区域整体环境质量,提升区域河网的水质,实现河道水体有序流动和水质提升,创造多样性的河流生态。于此应用水质提升工程,其关键技术主要由引水水质净化工程、河道水质保障工程、河道活水工程三大部分组成,工程利用钱塘江原有工程设施合理调节引水,通过技术措施净化水质,解决了钱塘江原水存在悬浮物过高的问题。构建数学模型,采取河道水动力调控活水措施,综合运用新建或原有水闸、泵房工程等设施调控河道水位,重新规划河网水流流向,优化河网活水方案,加强内网河道水体流动。通过运行效果来看,已实施的工程设施完全发挥了功能,达到了设计预期实现的效果,工程调试运行期间,核心区内各河道水质主要指标达到Ⅲ类水标准,透明度均达到1 m。In order to enhance the overall environmental quality of the core area of Qianjiang Century City, improve the water quality of the river network, realize the orderly flow of river water and the improvement of water quality, and create the diversity of the river habitat. The key technologies of this project are mainly composed by three projects of diversion water purification, river water quality assurance and water flowing. This project uses the original engineering facilities of Qiantang River to reasonably regulate the water diversion and purify the water quality through technical measures, which solves the problems such as the suspened matter in the raw water of Qiantang River. The mathematical model is constructed. The measures of river hydrodynamic control of water flow are adopted.The new or existing sluice gates and pumping stations are comprehensively used to regulate the water level of the river. The flow direction of the river network is replanned. The scheme of flowing water in the river network is optimized and the water flow in the internal river network is strengthened. According to the effect of the operation, the implemented engineering facilities have fully play their functions and achieved the expected effect of the design. During the commissioning and operation of the project, the main water quality indicators of each river in the core area reach the Class III water standard, and the transparency reaches 1.00 m.
