摘 要:在水工大体积混凝土浇筑施工过程中,温度荷载是导致泵闸混凝土结构产生裂缝的主要原因之一。如果施工时重视不够或预控措施不当容易使混凝土结构物在温度和温度应力作用下产生裂缝,直接影响到结构的整体性和耐久性,严重时还将影响结构的承载能力。因此,做好温控防裂措施对提高工程质量具有重要意义。结合泵站工程实例,从材料措施、运输、浇筑、养护措施以及结构措施等关键角度,对大体积混凝土的温控防裂措施进行了说明,从而确保混凝土的工程质量,对类似工程具有实际借鉴意义。In the process of hydraulic mass concrete pouring, temperature load is one of the main reasons leading to cracks in the concrete structure of pump gate. If insufficient attention is paid to the construction or improper pre-control measures are taken, cracks will easily occur in the concrete structure under the action of temperature and temperature stress, which will directly affect the integrity and durability of the structure, and even affect the bearing capacity of the structure in serious cases. Therefore, it is of great significance to take temperature control and crack prevention measures to improve the engineering quality. Combined with the engineering example of pumping station, the temperature control and crack prevention measures of mass concrete from the key aspects of material measures, transportation, pouring, maintenance measures and structural measures are illustrated, so as to ensure the engineering quality of concrete. It has practical reference significance for similar projects.
