摘  要:基于喷射混凝土施工要求,提出了高性能喷射混凝土这一概念,即通过添加速凝剂的改良方式,对普通喷射混凝土的工作性能、强度特性以及耐久性能进行全面优化提升,使其具有高强度和优秀的耐久性能以及良好的可泵和可喷性能。为探究如何提升喷射混凝土性能与设计方法,对前人研究成果进行了分析总结,阐明了影响喷射混凝土工作性能的主要因素,重点探究了无碱速凝剂对喷射混凝土高性能化的影响机制,同时提出了高性能喷射混凝土组成设计方法。Based on the construction requirements of shotcrete, the concept of high performance shotcrete is put forward. This kind of concrete is improved by adding accelerant, as well as comprehensively optimized and improved the performance, strength characteristics and durability of ordinary shotcrete, so that it has excellent durability and good performance of pump and shotcrete. In order to explore how to improve the performance and design method of shotcrete, the research results of predecessors are analyzed and summarized, and the main factors affecting the performance of shotcrete are expounded. The influence mechanism of alkali-free accelerator on high performance of shotcrete is studied, and the composition design method of high performance shotcrete is proposed.
