摘　　要：为实现糜烂性毒剂化学报警器的现场校准,解决评价防护材料对丙硫醚“气-气”防毒时间时丙硫醚浓度波动大的问题,研制了丙硫醚动态配气装置。考察了称量瓶、密封垫片等材料对丙硫醚的吸附及渗透性,选择聚四氟乙烯材质的称量瓶、渗透膜及氯化丁基胶材料的密封垫片。丙硫醚动态配气装置由发生系统、空气净化清洗单元、流量控制系统、抽气泵、电源控制系统等部件组成,该装置能实现一次制备1 mg/m^(3)丙硫醚标准气体,且配气稳定性符合JJF 1343—2022规范的考核要求。In order to realize the on-site calibration of the chemical alarm of erosive poison and solve the problem of large fluctuation of dipropyl sulfide concentration when evaluating the"gas-gas"protection time of protective materials against dipropyl sulfide,a apparatus of dynamic volumetric method for dipropyl sulfide gas was developed.The adsorption and permeability of weighing bottle,sealing gasket and other materials to dipropyl sulfide were investigated.The weighing bottle made of teflon,permeation membrane and sealing gasket made of chlorinated butyl rubber were selected.The dipropyl sulfide dynamic gas distribution device is composed of generating system,air purification and cleaning unit,flow control system,air extraction pump,power control system and other components.The device can produce 1 mg/m^(3) dipropyl sulfide standard gas at one time,and the gas distribution stability meets the assessment requirements of JJF 1343—2022 specification.
