摘  要:耐火泥浆为高温工业炉窑炉体砌筑的接缝材料,抗折粘接强度是决定耐火泥浆质量优劣和窑炉砌筑效果的关键技术指标。本文根据国内外标准现状,结合十余年的标准使用情况和各检测试验室、生产单位的建议和意见,对抗折粘接强度国家标准方法进行了细致的研究,分析试验过程中各要素对试验结果的影响,对不合适的地方进行修订完善,并对修订的内容及原因进行讨论和解释,最后形成新的试验方法国家标准。Refractory mortar is the joint material of high temperature industrial furnace body masonry, and the fl exural bonding strength is the key technical index to determine the quality of refractory mortar and the masonry effect of furnace. According to the current situation of domestic and foreign standards, combined with the use of standards for more than ten years and the suggestions and opinions of various testing laboratories and production units, this paper carefully studies the national standard method for fl exural bonding strength, analyzes the infl uence of various elements on the test results, revises and improves the inappropriate areas, discusses and explains the revised contents and reasons, and fi nally forms a new national standard for test methods.
