摘　　要：三级医院评审指标监测是促进医院医疗质量管理的重要手段,但手工统计工作量庞大,且回顾性评价统计准确性不足。中山大学附属第三医院以医院评审指标数据治理为抓手,完善数据实时标准化、结构化采集,并启动建设指标自动统计的数据应用系统。有效提升评审指标统计效率同时,通过实时跟踪指标数据变化,推动持续质量改进,提升医院综合管理水平。The monitoring of the tertiary hospital evaluation index is an important means to promote hospital medical quality management, but the workload of manual statistics is huge and retrospective evaluation is prone to limit statistical accuracy. Taking the hospital evaluation index data governance as the starting point, the Third Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yatsen University improves the real-time, standardized and structured data collection by means of information technology,and starts the construction of the data application system for index automatic statistics. The project effectively improves the statistical efficiency of evaluation index. Simultaneously, by tracking the changes of index data in real time, it may promote the continuous quality improvement and improve the comprehensive management level of the hospital.
