摘  要:目的:探究门诊分诊工作中采用导医分诊服务规范化管理的效果。方法:参考对象具体构成为:医院门诊患者,组别类型为:对照组、实验组,各组中收纳样本数为41例;常规指导在对照组中开展,导医分诊服务规范化管理在实验组中开展,就2组不良事件发生率、分诊准确率,满意度情况展开比较。结果:(1)关于护患纠纷、投诉等不良事件发生率,在实验组抽取门诊患者检测后,其具体数值和对照组相比,实验组表现更低,分诊准确率中,实验组VS对照组,测定值居更高水平;(2)满意度方面,常规指导数据、导医分诊服务规范化管理数据有意义,且后者较前者高,实验组门诊患者具备优势。结论:导医分诊服务规范化管理,有较高应用价值;不仅能够预防护患纠纷、投诉等不良事件,降低发生率,而且能够提高门诊分诊准确率,患者满意度,值得大力推广。Objective: To explore the application effect of standardized management of triage service provided by guide doctors in outpatient triage work. Methods: Patients in the outpatient in the hospital were divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 41 patients in each group. The conventional guidelines were carried out in the control group,and standardized management of medical treatment services were carried out in the experimental group. The incidence of adverse events, the accuracy of triage, and the satisfaction degree in the two groups were compared. Results:(1) Regarding the incidence of adverse events such as disputes and complaints, after the experimental group was drawn from the test of outpatient patients, the specific value ratio in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the accuracy rate of triage, the measurement value in the control group were higher than those in the experiment group;(2) In terms of satisfaction, the conventional guidance data and guide doctor triage service data are meaningful, and the satisfaction degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the data of which is more valuable. Conclusion:The standardized management of triage service provided by guide doctors has high application value, which can not only prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as disputes and complaints, but also improve the accuracy rate of outpatient triage work and the satisfaction degree of patients, which is worth promoting.
