摘  要:目的:探讨对保乳术后放疗中使用比亚芬预防皮肤损伤的患者实施标准化皮肤护理流程对其皮肤损伤情况及皮肤反应的影响。方法:整群抽样66例于本院接受保乳术治疗的女性患者。全部患者术后放疗中均使用比亚芬预防皮肤损伤,按照双色球法随机将患者分为参照组(33例)和干预组(33例),前者按照说明书使用比亚芬即可,干预组则按照标准化皮肤护理流程使用比亚芬。结果:干预组皮肤损伤程度轻于参照组(P<0.05);干预组患者生活质量优于参照组(P<0.05);干预组皮肤反应发生剂量、分布情况均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对保乳术后放疗中使用比亚芬预防皮肤损伤的患者实施标准化皮肤护理流程效果显著。Objective: To investigate the effect of standardized skin care procedures on skin injury and skin reaction of patients who used biafen to prevent skin injury during radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery. Methods: A cohort of 66 female patients underwent breast conserving surgery in the hospital were treated with biafen in postoperative radiotherapy to prevent skin injury. Patients were randomly divided into the reference group(n=33) and the intervention group(n=33) according to the bicolor method. The reference group was treated with biafen according to the instructions,while the intervention group was treated with biafen according to the standardized skin care procedures. Results: The skin injury degree of the intervention group was lighter than that of the reference group(P<0.05). The quality of life in the intervention group was better than that in the reference group(P<0.05). The dose and distribution of skin reaction in the intervention group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of standardized skin care procedures for patients who used biafen to prevent skin injury during radiotherapy after breast preservation has a signifi cant effect.
