捻翅目蜾蠃[虫扇]属Pseudoxenos中国新纪录种

摘　　要：捻翅目Strepsiptera是昆虫纲中非常奇特的一类昆虫,对研究昆虫的系统发育、交配机制以及对寄主的选择等方面具有重要意义。笔者利用形态学特征结合分子生物学证据,鉴定在黄喙蜾蠃Rhynchium quinquecinctum腹部寄生的捻翅目昆虫。通过对河南省南太行山采集的捻翅目昆虫标本与Esaki(1931)发表的Pseudoxenos iwatai描述形态特征比对,初步确定该物种为P.iwatai;然后从采集的新鲜雄性成虫标本提取基因组DNA,获得该物种长度为680 bp的COI基因序列,与NCBI中已知P.iwatai的序列相似性高达99.08%,进一步证明采集的标本为P.iwatai。P.iwatai物种国内未见报道,为中国新纪录种,按照物种命名的词源将该物种的中文名确定为岩田蜾蠃。研究结果为进一步开展该物种的生物学和生态学研究奠定基础。Strepsiptera is a very unusual group of insects in Insecta,which is of great significance in the study of insect phylogeny,mating mechanism and host selection.In this study,we identified one strepsipteran parasite in the abdomen of Rhynchium quinquecinctum using morphological characteristics and molecular biological evidence.The specimens collected from South Taihang Mountain,Henan province were compared with the morphological traits of Pseudoxenos iwatai published by Esaki(1931),and was initially identified as P.iwatai.Then genomic DNA was extracted from the collected fresh male adult specimens to obtain the 680 bp COI gene sequence of the studied species.The similarity between our specimens and the known sequence P.iwatai in NCBI was as high as 99.08%,and molecular evidence further confirmed that the specimen collected was P.iwatai.This is the first record of P.iwatai in China.The Chinese name of the species is identified as“岩田蜾蠃[虫扇]”according to its etymology.The results of this study will lay a foundation for further biological and ecological studies of this species.
